“A major part of the [company’s] attraction is the project in itself”
In an interview with RHmagazine, a human resources media focused on trends and innovation in this sector, ARQUILED's CEO explains the pioneering aspects of the company's project and culture
When COVID-19 forced companies to adopt remote work, ARQUILED managed a transition without entropy already addressed in TSF radio and Público newspaper. Now, with the pandemic contained, Miguel Allen Lima reveals in an interview to RHmagazine that the most complex challenge was the emotional one and he is convinced that the better way “to foster team spirit and community belonging” is the “face-to-face contact” and that nothing will replace that.
Fortunately, however, COVID is no longer the main problem.
In the same interview, ARQUILED’s CEO presents the company and the products and services that have enabled municipalities to “save more than 20 million euros in electricity and 30,000 tons of CO2” since 2015.
And when questioned about the challenges of hiring in the IT sector, Miguel Allen Lima highlights the corporate culture in which each person has the responsibility to articulate his or her professional and personal life in the best way” and is convinced that the company’s project is its main attraction factor: “there are not too many companies that design, develop and assemble their own products in Portugal”.
