Bright Science joins the TALQ Consortium
The TALQ Consortium is responsible for the development and promotion of a smart city specification recognized as the global standard
Bright Science, a company from the ARQUILED group, has recently become an associate member of the TALQ Consortium.
The TALQ protocol is an interface standard for smart city device networks, enabling interoperability between central management software (CMS) and outdoor device networks (ODN) from different vendors. It is a network-agnostic technology, providing a common interface represented by the Gateway and CMS.
The TALQ Consortium was founded in 2012 by companies in the lighting industry, but four years later its scope was expanded to include other applications, aiming to create a globally recognized open standard protocol for smart cities/IoT.
Founded in 2019, Bright Science is an engineering and product development company focused on smart lighting solutions and the infrastructures that support smart city management.
