ARQUILED opens a new expansion cycle with Constructel Visabeira as main shareholder

The process of Constructel Visabeira’s entry into ARQUILED’s shareholder structure has been completed, following the regulatory approvals. The subsidiary of the Visabeira Group is the new shareholder of ARQUILED, assuming a controlling position in the company. EDP Ventures, C2 Capital Partners, and Climar Lighting remain as shareholders.
The new shareholder structure marks the beginning of a new phase in ARQUILED’s strategy, focused on strengthening its commitment to technological innovation, opening new business areas, and developing new products for both the domestic and international markets.
Miguel Allen Lima, CEO of ARQUILED, believes that “the entry of the Visabeira Group into the company’s capital will open up new possibilities for expansion, both in the domestic and international markets, through the creation of synergies in complementary businesses.” He also adds that it represents “a clear recognition of the economic and strategic value of ARQUILED.”
According to Nuno Terras Marques, CEO of Constructel Visabeira and the Visabeira Group, this represents an “opportunity to increase and complement the company’s portfolio which aligns with the group’s expansion strategy. We believe that this operation will generate excellent synergies both nationally and internationally.”
